The prices are per house and day for 4 people. For each additional person we charge 25 € per person per day.

Additional sleeping area for children if necessary is available on request.

Bed sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the below mentioned fees.

Payment requirements Vamos on the Hills

After a written or telephone booking you will receive a confirmation per mail.

30% of the rent plus a security deposit in the amount of 500,00 must be paid within 14 days of booking. The remaining amount should be credited to our account 3 weeks before arrival day.  

For short term bookings the entire amount plus security deposit is to be paid immediately to our bank account. 

Cancellation policy Vamos on the Hills 

Too bad if the house would remain empty, even though others would have enjoyed coming. That’s why we ask you to inform us in time, preferably in writing, if you can not arrive on the agreed date. The following costs are incurred for cancellation :

·         Up to 60 days prior to arrival no cancellation fee applies

·         Up to 30 days prior to arrival, you will have to pay 40% cancellation fee

·         Up to 7 days prior to arrival you will have to pay 70% cancellation fee

·         In case of cancellation within 6 days before arrival or « no show », 90% cancellation fee will       be charged.
